**Our Client in the Hitchin area are looking to recruit an Electronic Inspector / PCB Inspector**

**Electronic Components Industry -**

**Operation and component electronic Inspection**

**Overall purpose of the role**:

- **To oversee the inspection of all components inbound and outbound for the business. This will include physical/visual inspection, checked against purchase orders and sales orders. It will also include checking against drawings or written specificationsif appropriate. All inspections will be against ERAI standards as a minimum.**:

- **To layout the Component Stores including logistics and inspection facilities. Ensuring we comply with all the relevant certification requirements, achieving the maximum quality standards in the most efficient way.**:

- **Inspection of PCB board level components**

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Contribute to the creation and implementation of a best practice electronic component stores and test facility, this will include developing the vision and strategy of the processes and procedures to give ourselves a marketing leadingoperational hub.**:

- **To control and manage the computerised BOM Management component service offer to our customers,**

**Tasks to include**:

- **All health and safety requirements are met**:

- **Visual component Inspection facilities established, and procedures and equipment put in place**

**Skills and Attributes needed**:

- **PCB Inspection / Electronic Inspection**:

- **Must have electronic component experience**:

- **Have an attention to detail and be computer literate**:

- **Ability to work in a team**:

- **Look and present ideas for continuous business improvement**:

- **UK driving licence desirable**
