**The Role**

The role of Cash & Banking Assistant is an integral part of this business’s busy finance function. This fast-paced team is looking for someone with experience of working in a similar role. You will be provided with extensive training to ensure you are a specialist. To be considered for this opportunity you must have at least two years practical finance experience.

**On Offer**

The role of Cash & Banking Assistant will offer a salary up to £28,000 per annum + Bonus, a competitive benefits package, Hybrid working of 1 day a week in office and FULL study support.

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

- Setting up all payment types (BACS, CHAPS etc) on banking platforms ensuring coherence with AML regulation
- Bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
- Partnering with senior management regarding account balances, work in progress and debtor balances
- Reviewing banking transactions
- Production and distribution of periodic & adhoc reports
- Adherence with internal and external regulations
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Adhoc duties

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:

- A minimum of 2 years practical finance experience
- Experience of operating within a busy finance function
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
