**Full Job Description**

Pro Insulation UK is a family owned company specialising in loft insulation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit customers' homes to assess their loft insulation needs.
- Conduct thorough inspections of the loft area to determine current insulation status and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide detailed explanations about the benefits of loft insulation, including energy savings and environmental impact.
- Measure the loft space accurately and calculate the materials required.
- Develop customised quotes on-site, considering the specific needs and preferences of each customer.
- Present and explain the quote to the customer, ensuring they understand the scope of work and costs involved.
- Utilise effective sales techniques to persuade potential customers to invest in loft insulation.
- Handle objections and provide solutions to address customer concerns.
- Close sales by obtaining customer agreements and processing orders promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and follow-up.
- Answer any questions or concerns customers may have about the insulation process.
- Schedule installation appointments and ensure all customer expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales on provided software.
- Keep track of inventory levels and notify the supply team of any shortages.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Follow safety protocols during loft inspections to prevent accidents and injuries.

Pay: £12,000.00 per year
