The position of **Food and Beverage Supervisor **(full time, permanent) has become available at **Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh West**. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be an experienced, hands-on hotel supervisor with a solid background in food and beverage operations. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be an ambassador for the guest journey and you will epitomise Marriott brand values and service behaviours to ensure they are delivered consistently in a professional and friendly environment.

*This job role will involve a mixture of shifts, working either 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm 5 days a week*

- Assist with the day to day running of the department, along with two other strong F&B Supervisors
- Be a team player and value all of your team.
- Work well with other departments sharing the same goal of exceeding our guest's expectations.
- A solid leader who will help develop their team
- An individual that can understand, implement and deliver the highest standards of legal compliance with regard to food safety, food hygiene and food allergens.
- Ensure all your team are up to date with the latest training.

Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh West is managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, which is the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.
