ICT Business Systems Analyst - Permanent - Kidderminster.
Shorterm Group are currently working with an aerospace company who are looking to appoint a new Business Systems Analyst to join their team.
As a skilled ICT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the methodical investigation, analysis and review of current technologies and services in order to improve processes and systems. This will involve managing the relationships with the business,ICT and suppliers to deliver what the business is trying to achieve, by defining the associated Project objectives. Look beyond the current systems by research, testing and developing new business solutions fit for the future. You will support the IT Managerin the task of ensuring the company meets their required security standards to allow the ongoing support of MoD contracts.
As an ICT Business Analyst, you will have:
*Experience as a Business Analyst working within an ICT environment;
*Identify effective so0lutions for business software system issues.
*Propose solutions for improving company systems.
*Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimisation strategies.
*Significant technical understanding of Business Analysis frameworks, business processes management, business requirements and UAT methodologies;
*Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernise systems.
*Conducting meetings and presentations to share findings.
*Experience and knowledge in developing test cases and test scenarios;
*Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under tight deadlines;
*Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow directions;
*Proficiency in ICT Project Management methodologies;
*Experience of working in a software/solutions implementation environment;
*Strong oral and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered.
