**The Opportunity**

As the Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. Your primary objective will be to generate interest across all mediums for our events and attract new customers. You will leverage your creativity, analytical skills, and commercial awareness to build and optimize communications programs that drive engagement and growth.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- **Plan and Optimise**: Develop, implement, and review marketing strategies to maximize impact and engagement.
- **Team Leadership**: Recruit, manage, and mentor a small Communications and Marketing team to effectively deliver our strategy.
- **Analytical Insight**: Evaluate content performance using analytics, derive actionable insights, and report on progress.
- **Drive Engagement**: Provide clear tactical direction and create content that supports growth and adds value for our customers.

**What We Are Looking for From You**
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role.
- Proficiency in content strategy and digital marketing.
- Experience driving demand generation initiatives to attract, nurture, and convert leads.
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation tools to execute, track, and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated and able to drive change independently.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics.

**Salary**
- £30k - £50k, depending on experience
