**The Role**

We’re creating a brand-new role for an **In-House Videographer** — someone who can capture the magic of Pembrokeshire and transform it into engaging, shareable content across all our social platforms. You’ll be behind the lens, but also behind the ideas: shaping concepts, pitching content, and making sure our brand voice shines in every frame.

This isn’t just about filming cottages — it’s about telling stories that connect with people, inspire them to visit, and reflect the Coastal Cottages brand. You’ll need to understand how different platforms work, what engages different audiences, and how to keep our content fresh, dynamic and unmistakably _us_.

**What You’ll Do**
- Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content for social media, website and campaigns.
- Work with the marketing team to create content that drives engagement and bookings.
- Develop ideas that bring Pembrokeshire, our cottages and our owners to life in creative ways.
- Tailor content for different platforms and audiences (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Keep up with social trends and experiment with new formats to keep us ahead.
- Ensure all content reflects the Coastal Cottages brand style and values.
