What You’ll Need to Succeed

**Qualifications (Desirable)**:

- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering or Inspection/Testing
- Welding qualification (PCN Level 2 or CSWIP 3.1)
- Knowledge of welding processes

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years in a quality inspection role within manufacturing or engineering
- Familiarity with steel fabrication, welding (MIG/TIG), and non-destructive testing
- Experience with ISO 9001 and raising non-conformances

**Skills**:

- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our Quality team, you’ll ensure that all products and components meet our rigorous quality standards before moving to the next stage of production or being dispatched to customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting inspections and tests on manufactured and purchased parts
- Identifying and reporting non-conforming products
- Maintaining accurate inspection records
- Collaborating with customers and third-party inspectors
- Supporting continuous improvement and audits
- Assisting with training on inspection methods
