**Summary**: We're seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Full-Time Dental Receptionist for our Weston Super Mare practice. Your role is crucial in providing top-notch customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth running of our front desk.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized reception area.
- Handle patient check-ins, paperwork, payments, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with dental staff for seamless appointment coordination.
- Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous dental or medical receptionist experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with dental procedures and software is advantageous.

**Requirements**:

- Full-time availability, including flexibility for evenings and occasional weekends.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the Weston Super Mare practice.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional dental office administration certification is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
