We are currently looking for a Admin Assistant to join our HR team. This is an additional role due to growth. The role is crucial in supporting our senior management team by providing efficient and timely support, whilst handling confidential information with discretion.

**You will be responsible for**:
- Diary Management - day-to-day management, including complex diary management
- Meeting scheduling/coordination
- Meeting Management & Support - preparation of meeting rooms, compiling documents, support with editing presentations and documents, technical setup, organising catering, recording meeting minutes etc.
- Implement and manage an action tracker for recurring meetings and working groups to increase accountability across the business
- Travel Management, including flight and hotel bookings for all employees
- Meeting & greeting visitors
- Office Management - ensure the office is well maintained, assist with general office management, ordering supplies etc.
- Organisation of company events and charity / social plans
- Senior Management Team Project Management (90-day plans and 3/5 Year Planning objectives)
- Maintaining and improving Internal Comms
**HR Admin Support**:
- Taking minutes at meetings, including Employee Council
- Issuing probation review and appraisal forms and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner
- Drafting completion of probation letters and bonus scheme letters
- Weekly time & attendance including pay adjustments; overtime & sickness - ensuring sickness forms and return to work forms are completed and returned
- eLearning administration; creating accounts, enrolling users into department specific training and monitoring completion
- Arranging refresher training, for example first aid, fire marshal and forklift
**Skills & Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years plus experience in an assistant or administration / support style role
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Approachable and dependable
- Able to meet deadlines
- Can do attitude and drive
- Good organisational skills
- Drive to achieve quality in all that he/she does
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Trustworthy and reliable
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £19,250.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
