**GARAGE HAND WANTED**

Kenny Waste Management is one of the largest independent waste management companies in the UK. We are looking for someone to join our team as a Garage Hand, working in the Mechanics Workshop.

The role involves you assisting the HGV Mechanics who are responsible for the repair and maintenance of our HGV fleet, such as skip loaders, hook loaders and bin trucks..

Examples of your duties include workshop housekeeping, greasing, vehicle washing, separating tyres and checking engine fluid levels. You will be based in our full equipped and spacious workshop in Salford.

**HOURS**:Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 18:00, including 1hr break. One day off during the week in line with a rota. Scope for additional hours.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Prior experience or knowledge of the waste industry is desirable.
- Prior experience of working with HGVs is desirable.
- You must have an interest in mechanical systems and have a willingness to learn.
- You must be able to follow instruction and complete tasks and meet timeframes set, both independently and as part of a team.
- You must be hardworking, reliable and flexible.

**DOŚWIADCZENIE**:
Wybrany kandydat musi spełniać następujące kryteria:

- Mile widziane doświadczenie lub znajomość branży odpadowej.
- Mile widziane wcześniejsze doświadczenie w pracy z pojazdami ciężarowymi.
- Musisz interesować się systemami mechanicznymi i mieć chęć do nauki.
- Musisz być w stanie postępować zgodnie z instrukcjami i wykonywać zadania oraz dotrzymywać ustalonych ram czasowych, zarówno samodzielnie, jak i jako część zespołu.
- Musisz być pracowity, niezawodny i łatwo przystosowujący się.
