**You and your role.**

As an experienced Chief Insurance Officer, you will be a proven and successful technical insurance expert with knowledge of management control frameworks and good corporate governance. You will have proven experience in managing significant and influential 3rd party organisations and have a strong commercial focus that enables you to ensure insurance activities deliver the best contribution to the bottom line.

Staysure Group is an entrepreneurial business continuing to grow and diversify. You will be an innovator in your field with a track record of leveraging digital and technology change to drive improvements in insurance activities and outcomes.

Your strong interpersonal and influencing skills will enable you to work with and influence at C-Suite Level across the group structure. And this will all be supported by your strong knowledge and understanding of FCA general insurance rules and regulations including current and emerging trends and themes
