And knowing that this will have a good impact on the care our staff deliver every day."_ **Hours**: Flexible hours available that can fit in with your family life. Evening shifts (known as teas and beds) are available and fit in great with the school run (3.00pm - 10.00pm). **Up to £450 new starter bonus & up to £300 refer a friend scheme (ask the team for more details)** **Pay**: - **£10.50p/hr (walkers) & £11.00p/hr (drivers)**: - Mileage - **40p per mile - **average allowance **£175 every 4 weeks** **No experience?
