Our client is an exclusive Country Hotel near Leatherhead, Surrey and they are currently recruiting for their Breakfast Chef.
As the Breakfast Chef you will be responsible for producing delectable breakfast dishes, serving stylish and delicious food in a relaxed but fast paced environment. The Breakfast Chef will assist both the Head and Sous Chef in the overall responsibility anddaily operations of the breakfast offering and sections across the kitchens, ensuring that the preparation and service of food is consistent and meets the highest standards at all times and all prep, quality, food safety and hygiene are always maintained.The menu will consist of English continental breakfast using high quality fresh produce and ingredients.
As the Breakfast Chef you will be responsible for producing all breakfast food offerings, supervising junior chefs and checking all breakfast mise en place and dishes to ensure they meet the standards as required by the Head Chefs.
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within a 4/5* company is desirable
- You must hold a Food Safety certificate
- Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation, food & hygiene regulations and COSHH & HACCP is essential
- Attention to detail, efficient and responsible
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
Hours:
The shift pattern of the Breakfast Chef will be - 5:30am until 2:30pm.You will be required to work 5 days out of 7.
