Home Care Assistant - **£12 -£13 per hour ** Bank holidays - **£26.00 per hour**

Personal Assist are a leading provider of homecare in the Rotherham and surrounding areas. Due to increased demand for our services we are looking for kind and empathetic compassionate individuals from inside and outside the care industry. **Previous experience is not essential** as full training will be given, in fact some of our longest serving staff members began their careers in retail, hospitality and other sectors. What matters to us are the qualities you possess and the commitment you show to our service users and fellow staff.

**Job role**:
To support/Assist our service users within their own home to remain independent and enable them to remain in their own home.

Support/Assist with personal care.

Support/Assist with nutrition and hydration promoting a healthy well balanced diet.

Support/Assist with medication.

Light household task-cooking cleaning laundry.

Support with companionship, outing and social interaction.

To monitor record and report any concerns relating to your service users health and wellbeing.

MUST be able to work alternate weekends working on a rolling rota basis of 4 day week one and three days week two.

A driving licence and your own vehicle is Essential.

Call slots range from a minimum 30 minutes to 12 hours
