**Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Market Deeping, Peterborough**

Our client are from traditional contracting roots, now turning over in excess of £20m a year comprised of affordable housing, commercial, industrial and private developments. Work is largely social housing residential. They build around 250 to 300 unitsper year

They are still very traditional with their own workforce of almost 50 tradespeople, ensuring the highest levels of quality and consistency across every project.

This family run contractor is now being run by the 3rd generation - they have been founded for over 45 years

Very low staff turnover - longest serving Site Manager has been there for 40 years. Happy and motivated workforce

**The Role - Assistant Quantity Surveyor**

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be based in their office in Market Deeping (Peterborough) - assisting on largely residential schemes.

You will assistant on around 2 schemes comprised of 20-90 units each

Site visits as and when required - sites tend to be a 1hr radius from Peterborough - they cover Cambridge, Lincolnshire, Spalding, Peterborough

**The right person - Assistant Quantity Surveyor**

You will have a Degree in Quantity Surveying or will be working towards one
You will have some experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
