**SEND Improvement & Inspection Lead - East of England**

**£450 - £6-- per day - Negotiable depending on experience. (Inside iR35)**

**Minimum 6-month assignment with a view to being extended to 12 months**

**Can be worked either full time or part time.**

We are seeking an experienced SEND Improvement & Inspection Lead to take up an interim contact with our client, a local authority in the East of England.

We are keen on speaking to strategic leaders who have experience within SEND Improvement, preparing for inspection and managing written statement of actions.

Key Deliverables include:

- Preparing the Self Evaluation to evidence the Integrated Leadership, Workforce Development, Quality Strategy, Partnership Working, Co-production.
- Collating the other strategic documents the inspectors will want to see.
- Improve and assure the quality of the data supporting performance management.
- Prepare short position papers on areas where there may be the challenge (EHCP process, communication, use of alternative provision, etc)
- Engage with partner organisations and the workforce to prepare for meeting inspectors.
