Calling all Credit Controllers and Accounts Receivable Assistants

They offer a hybrid working with 50% home working.

Role overview:

- High volume Credit Control
- Supporting Accounts Receivable
- To work towards agreed targets and KPIs
- Carry out customer visits to build customer relationships
- Process improvement projects
- Work with customer service at the forefront of your mind
- Managing customer billing and debt related enquiries
- Liaise with local and regional account managers to support the key accounts
- Be the POC for clients for all queries
- Keep client notes completely up to date at all times
- Keep client details up to date
- Understand and escalate issues to seek a timely resolution

My client is looking for someone with a minimum of one years experience with specific experience in collections or accounts receivable.

Experience required:

- Equivalent credit control experience
- Be able to prioritise workload
- Assertiveness and negotiation skills to pursue prompt payments
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to meet clients in person.
- ERP system experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excel

This role is hybrid and paying up to £30,500 dependent on experience. The business support their staff with a generous benefits package.
