**Workforce Planning Consultant - Public Sector Apprenticeships**

**Salary Range and Hours**:£41,173 to £45,442 pro rata / 18.5 hours per week
- _This is an externally funded role being hosted by South Norfolk and Broadland District Councils; it therefore does not sit within our internal pay scales_

**Contract Type**:Fixed Term for 12 months
**Location**:Norfolk / Hybrid

We are very pleased to share the details of a unique opportunity that exists for an influential and adaptable individual to work with colleagues across the public sector in Norfolk. The purpose of the role will be to lead on the development of a collaborative approach to apprenticeship recruitment across multiple public sector organisations. You will also explore the use of apprenticeships to develop and retain talent, make full use of the apprenticeship levy, and promote career opportunities in the public sector as a whole.

This role presents the opportunity to have a real impact on shaping the journey both in the short and longer term for apprentices in our region, ultimately contributing to promoting excellence across our sector.

Reporting into the Head of People, this role will be hosted by Broadland District and South Norfolk Councils, enabling you to be part of an organisation which is proud to deliver high-quality, customer focussed services. Continuous improvement is also vital, and we challenge ourselves to develop new and innovative ways to improve the services that make a real difference to people’s lives.
