My client, a leading Asset Manager in London, are looking for an experienced Aladdin Business Analyst to join them during an exciting period of growth, both in the UK & Internationally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the relevant business representative from the front office, Investment Risk, Investment Operations and Data Management to support use of current and new Aladdin functionality.
- Work closely with Black Rock Systems (BRS) to maximise the benefits that can be gained from the help offered by BRS.
- Interrogate MarkitEDM to investigate challenges with quality and completeness of data sets sourced from Aladdin and to specify technical changes to extend the range of that data.
- Work closely with Data Management and IT teams to ensure that Data Governance is observed and that the business requirements are fully understood from a technical perspective.
- Produce clear, concise documentation setting out business needs, system usage and any restrictions or other considerations needed to support the project and/or BAU change.
- Take the lead in testing changes related to Aladdin, ensuring appropriate scripting and capturing test evidence.
- Engage with the Business Analysis team for knowledge sharing and guidance.

**Skills/experience required**:

- 2+ years’ experience of Aladdin being used within an Investment Management organisation.
- Minimum of functional SQL to allow the interrogation of Markit EDM.
- Good understanding of the asset management operational functions and the role of outsourced administrators.
- Strong communication skills to audiences of varying levels of business and technical understanding and seniority.

Hybrid working wfh/office split

**Salary up to £94,000 + Bonus + Benefits (15% Pension contribution, 28 days holiday - exclusive of bank holidays, Private Medical, Private Dental)
