- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in French and Spanish is a plus
- Proven experience in telemarketing or lead generation is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, is a plus
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
