**Role Overview**:

- Monitoring and maintaining agreed stock levels.
- Checking deliveries against delivery notes, ensuring all parts are accounted for.
- Reporting any stock damage or stock losses to the Department Manager.
- Ensuring all parts/accessories are correctly stored and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the department.
- Assisting with stock checks.

**What does the job entail?**
- **Run End of day Reports for Banking.**:

- **Ensure all V.O.R. Orders are received and Invoiced Daily.**:

- **PDR Andndash;Damages Andamp; shortages managed daily.**:

- **Handling customer queries.**:

- **Resolving any parts identification issues.**:

- **Advice note auditing via receipt and delivery notes.**:

- **Telephone customer counter Andamp; workshop counter cover.**:

- **Van delivery orders controlled daily.**:

- **Holidays arrange adequate shift cover.**:

- **Unpaid cash sales controlreconciliation.**:

- **Parts promotions.**:

- **Parts audit trail of missing stock.**:

- **Parts Back order tracking.**:

- **Telephone Sales Staffing makes sure of adequate cover.**:

- **Staff Training and Coaching.**:

- **Assistance with any other task as directed.**
