**Job description**

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to work in an international team in our Torquay Language School. Working closely with the Accommodation Manager, you will help coordinate all aspects of our homestay programme including creating recruitment plans and marketing campaigns, visiting prospective hosts, supporting our students and providing service to our existing families.

You should be able to take initiative, have an entrepreneurial spirit and like working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. This role includes occasional early evening and weekend work.

Full training will be provided as part of a structured induction schedule.

**About the role**
- Creating marketing plans including social media campaigns
- Support and coordination of a team of recruiters
- Lead generation - Identify potential new opportunities and recruitment channels.
- Strive to improve the quality of our homestay provision.
- Administration & vetting
- Visit prospective hosts to determine their suitability and complete visit forms with great attention to detail (whilst complying to accreditation requirements and local authorities)
- Providing customer service to our existing host families and our students
- Be part of a friendly, team-focused environment.

**Your experience**:

- Ideally some sales experience, target-driven mindset
- Excellent telephone manner / skills
- Highly motivated, energetic, positive
- Love to get stuck in and roll up sleeves, leading by example
- Friendly and approachable, not afraid to speak to strangers and build rapport quickly
