Based on a Social Housing Responsive Repairs & Voids contract, your role will be varied, and customer focused, surrounded by like-minded teammates who work together to ensure an excellent service. Working on both void and reactive properties. In this role, youll get to see the impact your skills have on the people and communities you work with every day; and all whilst working in a secure, inclusive, and caring environment.

The works will be **Multi Trade** ensuring properties are delivered to a liveable standard, the works will also be supporting our responsive repairs team, meaning your days will be varied and interesting.

**An outline of your responsibilities and experience**
- Experienced Multi Trade in addition to plumbing, to carry out repairs of doors, Kitchens and Bathrooms as well as Painting and decorating.
- Working on voids and reactive. Bringing homes to a liveable standard, including general maintenance works.
- External works, including fence installations.
- Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
- Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
- Following Novus exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
- Full UK driving license is required.
- The role will also require a DBS check to be completed

**About You**

Ideally you will possess a plumbing qualification with the ability to work across multiple trades, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to use your initiative to identify solutions and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, delivering customer satisfaction.
