**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Educate customers on vape products, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories, to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.
- Perform routine inventory checks and assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and escalate issues to relevant line manager when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including compliance with UK regulations related to vaping products. Training will be provided
- Employee will be expected to take part in promotional activities
- Ability to work independently is essential as key holders are responsible for opening and closing the stores.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of prior experience in retail or customer service experience, preferably in the vape industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Minimum Education **GCSE**
- Basic knowledge of vape products, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories, with an understanding of the UK market (this will be an added advantage).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with UK regulations and compliance requirements related to vaping products.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mentality.

Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
