Part Time Administrator

We are currently seeking an Administrator to join Minster in Bristol on a part time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a flexible role in a busy and thriving business. Previous admin experience would be ideal but however, full training will be provided.

**Please note this is a part time role working 12 hours per week, ideally spread over 3 days but we can be flexible.**

**What will I be doing in the role?**
A great Branch Administrator will help keep our business running smoothly and provide key support to the sales team.
To support the business, you will;
- Processing all administration of account queries in a timely fashion
- Deal with any customer queries quickly and efficiently
- Work with Credit Control to resolve Customer Credit Queries.
- Match Purchase Orders to Purchase Ledger expense invoices.
- Ensure compliance with Business Control procedures.
- Any other admin tasks as needed.
