**Salary: £25,000**
**Location: Cranleigh**
**Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am -5:30pm /Fully Office Based**

An amazing opportunity for an** experienced Accounts Administrator **to join US.
**Sounds interesting??...Daily Duties**:
- Raising customer invoices on Xero
- Actioning Customer Renewals and contract changes
- Management of customer overdue invoices (chasing for late payments)
- Looking after our Direct Debit platform ensuring the necessary links are made
- Assist with any billing queries received to the Billing Inbox
- Assist with inputting/ coding supplier invoices where needed
- Data inputting using various spreadsheets & company CRM
- Ad hoc tasks/ projects where required
**Experience & Qualifications**
- 2 years + Accounts Experience** (Desired)**:
- Knowledge of Xero** (preferred)**:
- Good Telephone and written communication required
- Fast thinking and comfortable with multi-tasking
