**Location: Valley View. Swadlincote, Derbyshire, DE11**

**Contract / Shifts available: 37.5 hours per week (part-time hours also available)**

**Rate: £18,525 per annum**

- Support people in achieving their goals and ambitions
- Planning and engaging in activities
