**Senior Project Manager (Civils) - Duties & Responsibilities**:
**What you'll be doing**:
As Senior Civils Project Manager, the post-holder will be responsible for delivering client projects in a highly collaborative and proactive manner to the agreed programme by working alongside the Commercial Manager ensuring that work is completed withinclearly defined budgets and timescales. You will work in line with our core values and role model our sustainability culture. This multi-site role involves substantial amounts of driving and some overnight stays. We are looking for someone with the drive todevelop at Stonbury, ensuring top class delivery on our client projects.

While attitude is more important to us than qualifications, you will have either site management or project management experience, be highly organised, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Essential**
- Ability to understand drawings and construct new build structures
- Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience, 2 of which must have been in a senior managerial role.
- Extensive experience in the delivery of civil engineering projects
- Possess a nationally recognised certificate of Health and Safety (SMSTS and/or NEBOSH)
- Full clean UK driving licence
- A good communicator, able to liaise confidently and deal with a variety of people including the client, suppliers and wider team members face-to
- face, in writing and on the telephone
- Organised, focused and self-determined
- Possess a positive attitude and be committed to high levels of care for staff and the client
- Able to work flexibly in line with business requirements
- Strong IT skills, in particular MS Excel and MS Project
