**Position**:

- We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Finance Business Partner to join our Group Finance team on a contract basis to help shape the financial direction of our organisation. Reporting to the CFO, this is a high-impact role for a commercially driven finance leader who thrives on challenge, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- As Head of Finance, you’ll take ownership of our financial operations - from reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to controls, compliance, and business partnering. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing insight and guidance that influences strategic decisions and drives performance.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Leading the end-to-end financial planning cycle including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining robust financial controls.
- Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, using data driven insight to support decision making.
- Challenging the business on revenue opportunities, cost management, and budget alignment.
- Driving process improvements and adopting new technologies to enhance financial efficiency.
- Leading and developing a high performing finance team with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Supporting long term financial strategies that align with business growth and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified with significant experience in financial leadership roles.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, with a solid grasp of financial regulations and compliance.
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive change.
- Skilled in financial planning, modelling, and analysis with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insight.
- Passion for process improvement, innovation, and delivering value across the organisation.
