We have a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a successful and growing consultancy business based within in Suffolk.
As an HR Consultant you will provide a first class, commercial outsourced HR Service to a varied portfolio of clients across the Suffolk area and the wider East Anglian region. Working closely with all levels of management and employees, you will ensure bestpractice and legal compliance with all HR related issues, developing and delivering coaching, learning and development interventions.
Your remit will include:

- Provide HR advice to organisations online and over the telephone
- Develop, deliver and maintaining bespoke HR systems for clients including employment contracts, company handbooks, performance management systems, induction programmes and management development programmes
- Support clients with specific projects including site closures, restructures and TUPE
- Provide support and assist clients to align their HR strategy to achieve their business objectives
- Ensuring clients remain legally compliant and develop them towards best practice standards

The person
As an HR Consultant you will be CIPD qualified and demonstrate a proven track record of delivering across a full HR generalist remit as well as providing strategic advice to senior management and leaders. Naturally, you will have up to date UK Employment Lawknowledge and be committed to delivering best practice across all HR activities. A confident communicator, you will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, listen and negotiate.
