That's exactly the position this Chartered IFA business found themselves in last year. They were generating so many enquiries that their existing planners couldn't take on any more clients.
The solution?
More financial planners.
**Those taps are now back on and enquiries are pouring in from two main sources. One, their GI division. Two, their affiliate links in the medical market. That's a very steady stream of high quality leads for someone to service in Somerset.**
Which is where you come in.
**You'll be home based (but with a local office) writing business from the leads produced by the company. It's a Chartered IFA firm so independent/level 6 status would be great, but not a necessity. It would be just as good if you had a good knowledgeof NHS pensions.**But all in all you'll be a diligent, ethical planner. Someone with a decent track record of writing good levels of business, and a hunger to improve.
**Salary is to £70,000 but there is a KPI/compliance bonus worth an extra £5,000pa.**
**There are two bonuses. One where you're rewarded for increasing AUM. Another where you'll earn 10-30% of your fee income (initial and ongoing after a 3 x validation).**
