The Acorn Group is one of London and Kent’s most successful and ambitious property companies. Incorporating Acorn, Langford Russell and John Payne Estate Agents, we now have 40 offices and 10 Divisions including our busy Property Management Department.

As our business further expands and our portfolio grows, we are now looking to recruit an experienced **Head of Property Management** to be based at our fabulous headquarters in Bromley, Kent.
- To oversee, supervise and support the team of over 40 staff including Property Managers, administrators and Senior Management Team
- To ensure the targets and expectations of the Division are met
- To work closely with the Lettings Director and to report regularly to the Main Board
- To provide an ongoing strategy for improvement and efficiency of office procedures
- To ensure quality and consistency of online reviews
- To ensure robust training and to maintain and monitor staff development and progression
- To track and maintain income levels
- To ensure the Division is updated with latest Legislation changes

**For the role of Head of Property Management, the following are required**:

- A proven track record in Residential Lettings Property Management
- Expertise and ability to manage a large property portfolio
- Experience of successfully leading a Team
- Up to date knowledge of lettings legislation
- The ability to build relationships with landlords, tenants and team members
- Be extremely organised, able to work independently and strategically and to work well under pressure
- Consistently deliver an exceptional level of customer service

**Salary**: OTE £65,000 per annum, including bonuses.
