**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and maintain work sites by clearing debris and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Excavate trenches and foundations as required for construction projects.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the installation of drainage systems, pavements, and other groundwork elements.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time and within project specifications.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to minimise risks on site.
- Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in machine operating
- Ability to operate basic construction equipment safely.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and supervisors.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to groundworks.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
