Youll support stakeholders across the business to transform their design needs into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs for a diverse group of internal and external end users. Achieving this goal requires collaboration with business-wide teams throughout the design process, from initial concept to delivery. At each stage, you will anticipate what the end users need and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them.

**What youll be doing**:

- Create exciting and innovative designs for use across a wide variety of internal and external channels including: posters and digital promotions, the colleague intranet, our website and social media.
- Actively listen and understand the brief being given, using creativity to engage and communicate this message using the right medium
- Being adaptable in styling appropriately, using knowledge to pull together corporate branding, as well as creative and fun internal colleague resources
- Taking ownership of the 'in-house style', ensuring all content is consistent and within brand guidelines
- Supporting the wider business with production of corporate marketing material and documents
- Supporting the L&D team with the production of creative material to enhance the delivery of training courses, including video and GIFs, making learning interesting and accessible
- Digital design for website and intranet, communicating the message clearly to the audience
- Supporting the Engagement Team with branding for internal events and activities
- Taking and producing digitally enhanced photographs for use on various digital platforms such as Linked In
**We ask you to have the below skills and experience**:

- Competence in artwork and design, presented over a variety of mediums
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe creative software suite with excellence in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- Sound working knowledge of creating interactive media such as GIFs, animations and videos
- Basic understanding of HTML to support digital marketing
- Excellent PowerPoint and Presenter skills
**While not essential, the below experience and qualifications would be advantageous**:

- Previous experience in graphic design work, including creating a corporate brand / in-house style
- Qualification in Graphic Design, or a proven portfolio of work

Your working week will be 30 hours over 5 days on a weekly set shift pattern, Monday to Friday. With a starting salary of between £23,000-£27,000, Graphic Designers enjoy regular performance based reviews which reward their success with a clear progression path for future earnings.
