Who we need:

- An enthusiastic and motivated individual who enjoys interacting with your colleagues and members of the public
- Possess good communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary colleagues
- Have a good telephone manner
- Having good knowledge of up-to-date IT software and programmes is desirable. Knowledge of Robovet is highly desirable.
- Wants to strive for improvement and be a team motivator

What we offer

The role will include
- Greeting clients
- Answering telephone calls; Acting on queries and booking consultations
- Administrative duties such as filing invoices and taking payments and banking
- Ensure a consistently excellent customer experience
- Send medical reports to other practices
- Maintain cleanliness of the reception area
- Process insurance claims

Your standard working week will be 16.5 hours, Monday to Friday and weekend cover when required.
