We are looking for a self motivated Maintenance/ Handy Person with a can do attitude to work across our properties in Ayrshire. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who does not mind working hard and getting their hands dirty.

The handy person will carry out numerous indoors and outdoors activities to ensure that our properties, grounds. Gardens, facilities and equipment are suitable for use.

**Main Duties**:

- General maintenance and DIY
- Painting and decorating
- Basic building work
- Gardening and cleaning

**What we need from you**:

- Experience as a Trade/handy person
- Full UK driving licence
- Wide range of experience (e.g. joinery, plumbing etc)
- Ability to work on your own
- Ability to give great customer service.
