**Residential Conveyancer**
A small high street practice requires an experienced Residential Conveyancer offering a specialist service to client.
They pride themselves in providing clients with a personal service with the intention of building a relationship for life. Their practice values its employees and believes that staff are not just a number, but looking for a long-term permanent addition to theteam.
You will be a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced paralegal with at least 1 years’ experience as part of a busy conveyancing department. This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer looking for personaland career growth opportunities; allowing you to build upon your experience within a modern and dynamic practice.
**The Role & Responsibilities**:

- You should be experienced in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, including: New builds, Re mortgage, help to buy, shared ownership and general sales and purchases including flats.
- Commercial conveyancing experience would be an advantage as would experience in leases and subprime commercial mortgages.
- Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice.
- Working with Estate agents and Solicitors.
- Working with Land Registry documents and title deeds.
- The firm is located in a vert diverse location and have clients from a broad range of ethnicities. The ability to speak an additional language is preferred but not essential.
- Carrying out checks prior to drafting contracts to see if there are any structural issues with the property.
- You will manage the transaction pro-actively through to exchange and completion while delivering strong client service and developing established relationships.
- It is essential for you to be IT literate with good typing skills.
