**What you'll be doing**
As Outage Planning Assistant - you will be carrying out administrative duties relating to Outage Planning as well as other back-office activities as required. You will also take customer calls as needed and support the actives across the wider team
A key part of your role will be to provide a customer notification service where customers are impacted by a planned outages. This includes creation of outages, preparing lists of customers likely to be affected, notifying customers and utilities, managing changes to planned shutdown and liaising with customers.

Strong organisational skills will be key - to assist throughout the department effectively.
