Production Associate

We are looking for someone to join our small but growing team that specialise in tea, vitamin and aromatherapy production. You will be a part of the warehouse team, in a fast-paced role that is ideal for people with a positive, 'can do' attitude and a great attention to detail.

**As a Production Operative you will be**:

- Preparing multi-packs of tea
- Involved with the filling, labelling and packing of aromatherapy oils
- Involved with the filling, labelling and packing of nutritional supplements
- Picking/Packing of orders
- Some lifting, bending and general manual handling
- Standing for long periods of time so applicants will need to be comfortable being on their feet all day
- Usage of pump trucks to move goods around the warehouse and production area
- General cleaning duties

**The ideal Production Operative will have the following skills and experience**:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
- Must be forward thinking and plan ahead to complete tasks in advance
- Must have a good attention to detail
- Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable
- Ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines
- Punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendance

**Working Hours**:

- 9am - 5pm (30 Minute Lunch Break)
- 37.5 Hour Work Week

**Pay**:

- £11.50 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7DL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
