**Job Role**
Responsible for supervising the construction on a section or project dependant on the scale and complexity of the works involved to ensure that all works, including those of suppliers and subcontractors are coordinated to deliver on safety, quality and environmental objectives.
- **Duties**
- Ensure all works comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and RAMS.
- Oversee daily site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are met.
- Support site reporting and documentation including variations, diaries, and inspections.
- Coordinate access, segregation, and site logistics to ensure safe operations.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve issues proactively.
- Perform quality checks and temporary works inspections.
- Support engineers with method statement reviews and technical problem-solving.
- Utilise standard and specialist software to support delivery (e.g., CAD, COINS).
- Contribute to sustainability goals including carbon reduction initiatives.
- Maintain personal training and certifications (e.g., CSCS, PTS).

**Person Specification**
- Over 5 years previous experience in supervising
- Holds a SSSTS or SMSTS card
- NVQ Level 3 in Construction or Civil Engineering

**Contract Type: Permanent**

**Hours: Full Time - 45 hours - Variable Shift Pattern**
