Drylining Apprenticeship

Some of the tasks you will carry out on site are:

- Installing various types of plasterboard to various substructures
- Building various types of stud walling, curved, straight and angled
- Using metal frame stud walling to create acoustically sound walls
- Using tape and joint method to fill and joint plasterboard ready for painting

Although this is a Drylining apprentice role, there may at times be some other aspects of construction involved in, which they shall be supervised and trained. When the apprentices are working, they will be supervised by a fully qualified member of staff and will be shown all the correct procedures including health and safety in the workplace. Along with ensuring that their work area is clean and safe, and that all the tools are cleaned and put away correctly at the end of each day.

Driving and a CSCS is not essential but is preferred.

Greenlight Safety & Training are a Plymouth and Bristol based apprenticeship provider working within the construction sector, covering the whole of the Southwest.

We have been operating for over 12 years with a longstanding and established name within the construction industry, with over 350 apprentices currently enrol.

**Salary**: From £193.00 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- CSCS (preferred)
