**Recruitment Administration Apprentice**:
**Harris Leadership College **has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and keen apprentice to join their friendly and supportive team.**:
We are looking for an apprentice to support the day-to-day administration of the recruitment process for all ITE, ECF and NPQ programmes and initiatives, while undertaking the Recruitment Consultant Level 3 apprenticeship.

You will be responsible for the upkeep of all electronic and paper records of trainees, personnel files and support for paperwork for the Harris Institute of Teaching and Leadership (HIoT&L) within the East, South and London (E,S&L) region as required, and communicating recruitment changes/updates.

You will also support with the implementation of policies and processes in line with DfE requirements as laid out in all programme criteria, liaising with colleagues as required and supporting in ensuring the E,S&L team is compliant in all areas.

**Reporting to the Regional Recruitment Manager (RRM), you will**:

- Generate data records and reports for the E,S&L team to use where appropriate.
- Take part in marketing and liaison activities such as Open Days and Evenings, Graduate Fairs and University Events.
- Prepare resources for recruitment events ensuring all distributed information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Liaise with relevant teams to ensure mailing lists are up-to-date, with recruitment content being distributed throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Contribute to the process of the ordering and allocation of equipment and materials pertinent for recruitment events.
- Administer and update the E,S&L social media presence and feeds with recruitment events.
- Support with all aspects of day-to-day administration of the recruitment processes for the ITE, ECF and NPQ programmes.

**Training to be provided**:
Training for this qualification will be provided by ourselves at SCCU Group, an Ofsted good training provider. Our tuition is all delivered in the workplace and bespoke to your particular role.
- Recruitment Consultant Level 3 Standard, 12 months practical with an additional 6 weeks End Point Assessment period

OR (dependent on prior knowledge)
- Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 Standard, 12 months practical with an additional 6 weeks End Point Assessment period
- Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT (if required)

**Working Week and Hours**:Full time (Monday-Friday)
