We are currently seeking a passionate and guest focussed **Leisure Attendant **to join our Golf & Leisure team.

To provide a level of customer service that exceeds guest expectations. Ensure that you work alongside your colleagues as an effective team member maintaining a flexible and professional attitude at all times. To maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the Golf & Leisure department ensuring that an exceptional operational standard is delivered across all areas.

**Reports To**
- Leisure Supervisor

**Essential Tasks**:

- Meet, greet and check in members and guests to the Leisure Club/Golf Shop/Starters Lodge with a warm, friendly and professional attitude.
- To carry out cleaning duties professionally and efficiently to a high standard.
- Shared pool lifeguard responsibilities.
- When on pool duty, carry out regular pool water treatment tests to ensure the safety and comfort of all pool users.
- To upsell stock and services on offer at the club.
- To assist the membership sales team by handling enquiries and displaying a sound knowledge of our various offerings, demonstrating a customer focussed attitude at all times.
- Understand and uphold the hotel's policy on cash handling and fraud.
- Ensure that all procedures aligned with health & safety and security are fully adhered to.
- Maintain a hands on approach in supporting the relevant teams.
- Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by management.

**Back of House Tasks**:

- Demonstrate knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.
- Develop a good working knowledge of all relevant systems and procedures.

**Supervision, Training and Development**:

- Full training and career development will be available

**Experience & Qualifications**
- STA Pool Lifeguard SCQF Level 7*
- STA Level 2 Pool Water Treatment*
- A strong command of spoken and written English is required.
- Should be both numerate and literate
- Must be able to legally work in the United Kingdom.
- A knowledge of golf or sport orientated background is preferred but not essential
- Computer literate and a working knowledge of a Leisure POS is preferred but not essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
