Commercial Cleaner for B&b

We're looking for a professional cleaner/cleaners.

We're looking for competition cleaner who can clean our property in Rayleigh regularly from 1-2 times a week, sometimes more sometimes less, depends on bookings.

The property is a holiday let, airbnb style and it has to be cleaned to a high standard.

Checking the property list and the condition of the property, reporting back via whatsapp or text with any issues, keeping on top of supplies. You will be the eyes and ears of the property and reporting back to us.

The cleans have to take place between 10am-3pm, this can be any day of the week. You will usually have all the dates in advance, but sometime we do have last minute bookings. So you need to be able to cover cleans 7 days a week. It works great if you're a team of 2 who can cover each other if there is one day you can't do.

Or we're happy to have submissions from cleaning firms for the clean, but all cleaners have to clean to a high standard.

Each clean can take between 2-4 hours, depending on the condition of the property. A deep clean, cleaning the full kitchen, hob, fridge, the full apartment. Just like the standard you would expect in a hotel. If you have hotel cleaning experience, perfect.

If you're able to offer a take home service for washing and ironing bedding service, is something we're happy to discuss.

We pay £13 if you use your own cleaning products, clothes, sprays etc.
