The post holder will support the CQI Programme Partners in the design, planning and delivery of quality improvement projects across the Trust; working with the Directorates supporting data collection, design of surveys, and undertaking observational studies. Projects may be strategic change
programmes, transformational change or a discrete improvement project in response to a service specific requirement.
The post holder will support by helping to define the project and supporting, facilitating, and monitoring the progress of projects.
As part of the CQI team, the post holder will be expected to champion quality improvement through engaging with and motivating colleagues to generate and implement ideas to nurture a culture of quality improvement.
The post holder will also provide administrative duties for the Deputy Director and Heads of departments.

1.1 To provide high level administrative support to the CQI and Sustainability teams, including arranging appointments and meetings and providing administrative support for a wide range of issues.
1.2 To support the CQI team where appropriate with quality improvement projects including but not limited to process mapping sessions and away days.
1.3 Support CQI training lead with collation of training log, booking of external venues, management of training material stock and distribution of certificates following training completion for QSIR training programme.
1.4 Assist the sustainability team in the implementation and administration of the Trust Sustainable initiatives
1.5 Ensure that the sustainability initiatives tracker is up to date
1.6 Create and maintain a sustainability Sharepoint portal
1.7 Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports and greener NHS data collection
1.8 Management of CQI inbox on daily basis referring enquiries to appropriate CQI programme partner and/or deal with query directly
1.9 To source, collate and report monthly benchmarking data for CQI board report.
1.10 Management of the CQI team’s intranet page, regularly amending links and documents from NHSE/I and updating training materials to show accurate and up to date information.
1.11 To undertake minuting of regular Sustainability meetings and task and finish groups where appropriate, retrieval of comments following agreed actions and circulation of these comments prior to meetings.
1.12 Provide PA support to Head of Sustainability in a host of ad-hoc tasks including diary management and liaising with external parties.
1.13 Arrange and support meetings, assisting in the preparatory work including compilation of agendas, collation of supporting documentation, equipment and room bookings.
1.14 Organise project and training workshops required by the team, in respect of booking arrangements, documentation, facilities and attendees.
1.15 Support the team in providing external and internal communication to all parties, bringing relevant issues to the attention of the team for decision making.
1.16 To support the CQI and Sustainability teams with progress reports by being the point of contact for chasing and collating.
1.17 Complete sickness management, procurement, and recruitment administration process for the CQI and Sustainability teams.
1.18 To provide Walsall Healthcare Trust admin support cover in times of absence.
1.19 Provide support to surveys, audits, observational studies during project delivery and after project completion to ensure learning is taken forward and benefits realisation is achieved.
1.20 Contribute to progress reports and formal presentations for submission to Care Groups, Quality Improvement Delivery Board, Executive Board, governing bodies and other key stakeholders as required.
