**About The Role**:
You will carry out a range of car park management duties to a high standard ensuring a high quality service is delivered.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00, 14 hours per week with flexibility, on a permanent, full-time basis.

**You will**:

- Assist and advise the public, staff and visitors with their parking needs.
- Deal with queries and resolve problems.
- Efficiently operate and use car parking systems.
- Ensure a professional image is presented at all times.

**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills Be computer literate
