**SIMS Coordinator**
We seek an attentive SIMs Coordinator to manage and control Chiptech’s recurring SIM revenue whilst working closely with the Finance and Customer Services teams. The role requires liaising internally and externally and assisting our customers with the SIMs on their relevant portals whilst providing excellent customer support. The role requires strong attention to detail to ensure the utmost accuracy of our SIM portal at any given time.
**As our SIMS Coordinator, you will**:
- Manage the SIM portal and be the go-to person for our customers and suppliers.
- Coordinate the administration of a recurring SIM portfolio.
- Create and manage repeating SIM invoices on Xero and updating various business trackers.
- Be able to support and communicate well with customers.
- Monitor repeating sales and flag and chase debtors.
- Perform any other duties commensurate with the post as determined by the finance director or CEO.
- Be able to advise and assist customers with the use of the SIM portal.
**Required Experience**
- A very good knowledge of Excel
- Capable of following processes
- Excellent customer support experience
- Experience with Xero is desirable, but not essential
- Activity in a financial administrative / book-keeping environment is preferred but not essential
