The business also has a noted presence in the area of alternative valuations, particularly in the trading and leisure space.

Working in the valuation team at Lambert Smith Hampton is diverse and rewarding, with your work having a direct impact on your clients business. We have a national service line from where you can draw upon a wealth of experience and knowledge. An example of the services we provide includes:

- Loan security; providing lenders with a comprehensive and independent report of the market, and rental value of a property or an entire portfolio
- Alternatives; our alternative valuers carry out valuations for loan security, portfolio valuations, financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation and taxation purposes.
- Company accounts valuation; providing clients with a comprehensive and accurate report on the value of their property assets.
- Diminution in value; providing accurate, independent advice on valuation in dilapidation disputes and in situations such as claims of negligence in conveyancing.
- Fund valuation; providing asset management companies and investment trusts with the detailed information they require about their property holdings.

**This opportunity**:
Lambert Smith Hampton is currently looking for a Senior Surveyor or Associate Director to support our Head of Alternative Valuations in London. The team have a broad range of clients, particularly in the space of trading and leisure and a long history of covering valuation services for those clients in London and the wider South East.

This is a great opportunity to work within an established team and to develop your experience in the space of alternative valuations. In particular there is a key opportunity to pickup client relationship and management where applicable and to assist on large asset valuations.

This opportunity exists for a:

- Senior Surveyor with some experience in alternative valuations- Associate Director with experience in trading & leisure valuation
