**What will you be doing?**:

- Actively developing and managing your campaigns
- Working with the marketing team, internal component teams (UK and India)
- Working with a group of Customer Targeting colleagues to balance workload, cover leave and support peer reviews
- Analysing the commercial impact of your campaign and use learnings to drive future activity
- Understanding campaign and technical delivery options and impacts
- Overseeing and managing any issues and incidents to your campaigns using the escalation processes
- Following team processes to use data manipulation languages, mainly SQL and SAS
**Hybrid Working**
We are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern optionsfor the role with the hiring manager.
**What we're looking for**:

- Detailed knowledge and practical experience with SQL syntax and logic
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Proven stakeholder management expertise
**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Practical experience with SAS or R programming languages
- Practical experience with Teradata or Hadoop databases, ideally in a commercial environment
- Microsoft Excel to an advanced level
- Knowledge of Data Privacy and Direct Marketing legislation
**Where will you be working?**
Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997. We purchased the building from the landlord in early 2018 as a sign of our commitment to investment in Northampton. Plans to furtherdevelop this Campus-style location are under way to allow for a real collaborative work environment. Based just off the A45 it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64 acre self-contained site, in a beautiful greenenvironment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play. We have an onsite gym, as well as outdoor tennis, football and cricket areas, as well as onsite restaurant and coffee shops.
